I enjoy a wide range of interests  that keep me On The Go.  I love to have fun and challenge myself. I also have intense interests that include marathon and triathlon competitions with twenty-three marathons including two Boston Marathon finishes. My slowest marathon finish was the  marathon during my full Ironman triathlon.   I figure the 2.4 mile swim and 112 mile bike ride warmup before the marathon slowed me down a bit.  Speaking of which, my longest bike ride adventure was with an eight-person  race team in the 3,007 mile Race Across America from Oceanside, California to Annapolis, Maryland   which we finished in 7 days, 19 hours. The goal of that ride was to raise money to support Suicide Prevention.
When I’m not pushing my endurance limits, I like to push myself to learn new skills or enhance my current skills.  The engagement of the mind and the body is a force multiplier that can take you to amazing places to have wonderful experiences.
